Cross Pond Capital is the holding vehicle through which its principals acquire, operate and finance small businesses. It invests its own capital alongside money raised from a small group of private investors and takes an operating role in what it owns rather than a passive one.
The name reflects the structure. Cross Pond exists to give South African capital a route into a developed, stable market. Australia is where our principals reside and that capital is deployed; South Africa is where most of our investors and networks sit.
